Ordering The Knit Kits
We have moved our manufacturing from the Midwest to the East Coast of the United States. Currently we are ramping up production which includes extensive evaluation of product and lead times so product availability will no longer be a problem. We are also busy launching our new eCommerce website. .
The new Knit Kit will be available in three colors, our signature teal, purple and magenta. We will also be offering a premium kit in the future which will have options such as tortoise shell.
Once you place your order you will be notified with e-mails that the order has been 1) placed, 2) charged and 3) fulfilled and that it has been shipped.
Log into your TheKnitKit.com account and view your “Order Status”. If your item hasn’t been shipped (Fulfillment Status = unfulfilled), simply send an email to "firstname.lastname@example.org" with your Order Number and request your order be cancelled.
If your item has been shipped and you’ve been billed and you would still like to exchange your item, please wait until your item has been delivered and then follow instructions in our "Guarantee, Exchanges & Returns" policy here.
On regular orders you will be billed when the order is placed.
If you haven’t received your shipping notification: Please call our customer service at Toll Free 844-KNITKIT (564.8548) to find out when your order will arrive. Please have your order number handy.
If you have received your shipping notification: Please log into your account on TheKnitKit.com to check the shipping status – your order may be waiting for you at your local post office. If your item isn’t at the post office, contact our customer service department at Toll Free 844-KNITKIT (564.8548) to make a lost shipment claim and we’ll help you track it down.
Retailers and Wholesale Orders
Retailers of The Knit Kit will be able to purchase and track wholesale orders on The Knit Kit's eCommerce website.
Once we have confirmed your account status as a Retailer/Wholesaler you will be able to order full cases of The Knit Kit at wholesale prices. Each old color (sky blue or rose) case contains ten (10) full packaged Knit Kits. The New Knit Kit will consist of cases of 12, and will offer multi-color cases as well. We are sorry but old colors can only come in a single color. At this time cases are sold by color only.
As an approved Retailer you can have your shop/business listed in our "Where to Buy" directory.

We will fill wholesale orders in the order that they are received. The Knit Kit really appreciates your shops orders and will do everything we can to let you know the status of our inventory and wholesale orders being fulfilled. If you anticipate a large order, please contact us so that we can anticipate our product needs and schedule necessary inventory production.
